שילוב חרוזים בסריגה –
נלמד לסרוג צעיף בשילוב חרוזים, וכן שלבים ראשונים של קריאת מפות תחרה.
הכיתה מתבססת על הדוגמה של LAURA NELKIN , מעצבת הבית של חברת
SCHAEFER YARNS
המפגש הוא חד פעמי ויתקיים פעמיים בחודש, בימי ג’ אחה”צ מ-16:00-19:00
מספר משתתפים קטן בכל קבוצה.
הכישורים הנדרשים: שליטה מוחלטת בסריגת ימין, שמאל, 2 ע’ ימין יחד, 2 ע’ שמאל יחד, ליפוף, ו-2 ע’ שמאל יחד דרך העין מאחור.
משתתפים אשר לא בטוחים אם יש להם את הכישורים המבוקשים מתבקשים להודיע לנו לפני ההרשמה ונדאג להדגמה קצרה.
הכנות לפני הכיתה: יש לרכוש דוללה אחת של HEATHER ומבחנה אחת של חרוזים יפנים בזמן ההרשמה, ולקבל הדרכה לפני יום הכיתה.

נפתחה הרשמה למחזור נוסף!
סדנא בת שמונה מפגשים, שבכל מפגש נלמד טכניקה שונה, קריאת הוראות וקיצורי סריגה באנגלית, תפעול 5 מסרגות, העלאות והורדות, צמות, וטיפים רבים לשיפור הסריגה.
נסרוג פריטים מיוחדים למתנות, כובעים, גרביים, כפפות וצעיפים מיוחדים, וכל פריט מכדור אחד של צמר ! הכל מתוך ספר הנקרא ONE SKEIN WONDERS
דרישות – שליטה בסריגת ימין ושמאל
תשלום הכיתה לא כולל חומרים. המשתתפים יקנו את הספר הנלווה לכיתה.
מתקיים פעמיים בחדש בימי ראשון, 19:30-21:00 , בלי לחץ, ומותנה כמובן במספר הנרשמים
5 מסרגות למתחילים
נלמד איך לתפעל 5 מסרגות ונסרוג כובע ב-עיגול ללא תפר.
טכניקה בסיסית, קלה מאוד, ומיועדת לסריגה בעיגול, כמו צינור, ללא תפר – תשתמשו בה כאשר תסרגו כובעים, תעלו עיניים לסריגת גימור הצוואר, לסריגת גרביים וגם בשרוול.
דרישות – שליטה בסריגת ימין ושמאל.
תשלום הסדנא לא כולל חומרים.
מתקיים פעמיים בחודש, בשעה 19:30 -21:00 , נתחיל בספטמבר. ומותנה במספר הנרשמים.
AMIGURUMI צעצועים מכתנה לתינוקות
אומנות יפנית במסרגה אחת. סריגת צעצועים ובובות מכתנה. קלאודיה תעביר סדנא בת 2 מפגשים ובה נלמד לסרוג ולקרוא הוראות לסריגת רעשן לתינוקות.
מתקיים בימי רביעי – 19:30 – 21:00

CLASS UPDATE AT THE GOURMET YARN SHOP!

Laura Nelkin, Schaefer Yarns in house designer, came up with this beautiful scarf, incorporating beads in the YO’s.
In this class, I will be teaching the basics of reading lace charts, while knitting this beaded scarf.
You can learn to knit this scarf in one afternoon class, which will be held twice monthly, Tuesdays between 16:00-19:00
Basic skill requirements: You should know how to knit, purl, k2tog, p2tog, yo, and p2togtbl. If you are not sure about your skill level, come in to see us before signing up.
You will need 1 skein of “HEATHER”, and a tube of matching Japanese beads, to be purchased while signing up for the class.
The pattern for this scarf will be given free of charge to participants, courtesy of Schaefer Yarns.
ONE SKEIN WONDERS
Our second year for this fun class, where you will knit a different project each lesson with only one skein of yarn, and learn a different technique each week.
Each session will be dedicated to a different project, while learning how to knit on double pointed needles, increases, decreases, cables, and many tips on improving your
basic knitting skills. Projects include special gifts, hats, gloves, scarves, and they’re all made with 1 skein of yarn!
Skill requirements: Knit and Purl freely
Class fees do not include material and workbook.
Class will be held on Sunday nights, 19:30-21:00, beginning September.
KNITTING IN THE ROUND FOR BEGINNERS
Learn to use double-pointed needles.
This technique is used for making seamless hats, socks, and finishing necklines.
Skill requirements: You should feel comfortable with knitting and purling to attend this class.
Class fee does not include material.
Class will be held twice a month, 19:30-21:00 and depends on the number of registrations.
AMIGURUMI Cotton toys
Japanese art of crochet – We will learn to make a baby rattle in two lessons, and also read instructions . Wonderful gifts for all ages, make teddy bears, animals, knitted food, all you need is simple cotton and a crochet hook.
